This isn't a typical sales job—it's a launchpad. You'll be the first point of contact for Fortune 500 executives, learning the fundamentals of enterprise sales, and directly fueling the company's hyper-growth. If you're looking for a clear path, uncapped earnings, and a culture of high-performance, you belong here.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

As a BDR, you are the engine of the sales team. Your success directly leads to the company's success.

  • Build the Foundation: Strategically research and prospect high-value leads using cutting-edge tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo) to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Lead with Insight: Become a subject-matter expert on the client's offering to engage C-level executives and qualify their critical business pain points.
  • Multi-Channel Engagement: Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach campaigns—including personalized cold calls, strategic emails, and targeted LinkedIn messaging.
  • Drive Revenue: Consistently book qualified discovery meetings for Senior Account Executives, directly contributing to the company's revenue targets.
  • Process Excellence: Embrace feedback and utilize our comprehensive training program to master industry best practices and internal sales workflows.

The Perks: Why You'll Love This Culture

This is an opportunity to join a highly incentivized and supportive team culture, where your growth is the top priority.

  • Career Progression: Clear, defined path to Account Executive (AE) or Sales Management role within 12-18 months—based purely on performance and mastery of skills.
  • Financial Security: Comprehensive benefits package, including Generous 401(k) matching and full health coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision).
  • Elite Tools: Full, modern tech stack provided to ensure you have the best resources to succeed.
  • Incentives & Recognition: Lucrative bonus schemes, regular team incentives, and qualification for the annual President's Club Trip for top performers.
  • Work-Life Balance: Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) allowance.

Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For

We value coachability, drive, and resilience over years of experience.

  • A full 4-year Bachelor's degree (required).
  • High Drive & Resilience: You are intrinsically motivated by success, thrive in a target-driven, competitive environment, and consistently look for ways to improve.
  • Coachability & Initiative: A quick learner who takes ownership of their development and proactively seeks out challenges and feedback.
  • Exceptional Communication: Articulate, persuasive, and professional written/verbal communication skills—you can confidently hold a conversation with a C-level executive.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve daily and weekly goals.
