Business Immigration Counsel

Ogletree Deakins, one of the largest international labor and employment law firms, is seeking a Business Immigration Counsel to join its prominent immigration practice. This role supports facilitating international employee transfers for domestic and international corporations and offers flexible remote work without the administrative and client-development demands of partner-track roles. Candidates must have a Juris Doctor degree, be licensed and in good standing to practice law, and have a minimum of 3 years of high-volume business immigration practice experience. The ideal candidate is well-organized, capable of prioritizing cases independently, and excels in legal research, affidavit and brief writing, as well as proofreading and time management. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in business immigration matters.

• Manage high-volume immigration casework efficiently with minimal supervision.

• Research and draft affidavits, briefs, and related legal documents.

• Maintain excellent case organization and prioritize workload effectively.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice law in good standing.

• At least 3 years of business immigration practice experience.

• Strong academic credentials.

• Proficient in legal research, writing, editing, and time management.
