We Are Legal Revolution is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, 40-year-old law firm based in Cranford, NJ, seeking an experienced Business Litigation Associate Attorney. The firm comprises over 50 attorneys and is renowned for delivering high-quality legal services in complex commercial litigation. The role will begin with an in-office presence in Cranford, transitioning to fully remote after 3 months, and offers unmatched flexibility, no billable hour requirements, and strong work-life balance.

The selected candidate will take charge of high-stakes litigation cases, including breach of contract and shareholder disputes, and will work closely with seasoned partners to develop advanced litigation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex business disputes, including breach of contract, shareholder disagreements, and commercial misappropriation cases in both state and federal courts

• Draft and file strategic pleadings, including motions, briefs, and arbitration submissions

• Conduct and manage the discovery process, including depositions, document production, and e-discovery

• Advise and counsel corporate clients on litigation strategies and risk mitigation

• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive legal support and communication

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary range of $120000 to $180000 annually (monthly: $10000 to $15000)
