Here’s What You Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or related field OR 4 Years Relevant experience in lieu of a degree (Required)
- 2 years Application support experience, preferably in a hospital environment. (Required)
- CBORD experience (Preferred)
- Point of Sale experience (Highly Preferred)
What You Will Do
- Provides day to day systems/application administration and support to assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities, onsite and virtually. Independently works on problems of moderate to high complexity. Coordinates with internal and external technical partners as needed.
- Delivers application using deployment systems, oversees upgrades and enhancements, and coordinates interfaces of applications.
- Complies with security, ITIL and ITS standards. Coordinates new user applications training for assigned departments, clinics, and/or entities.
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of multiple systems/applications and their integration and business needs and processes.
- May serve as a mentor for less experienced staff. Participates in special projects and/or performs other duties as assigned.
