Aura Concierge Staffing is exclusively sourcing for a Senior Controller / Director of Accounting to lead the accounting, payroll, and accounts payable functions for a premier, multi-state financial services enterprise.

This is an elite, high-visibility leadership role overseeing comprehensive month-end close processes, financial reporting, and external audit management across multiple corporate entities.

The Ideal Candidate Brings:
• 10+ years of progressive senior accounting and corporate controller-level experience.
• Strict, deep expertise within Mortgage Servicing or large-scale financial services segments (experience with mid-to-large multi-state entities is required; no small shops/banks).
• Proven mastery in process optimization, internal control implementation, and cross-functional leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related business field.
