Description:

This is a full-time on-site CDL Crane Operator role located in the Midland-Odessa Area. As a CDL Crane Operator at BOSS, you will be responsible for lifting operations, operating heavy equipment, inspecting lifting equipment, and maneuvering cranes on-site to ensure safe and efficient lifting and rigging solutions.

Qualifications

• Lifting Operations and Heavy Equipment skills
• Lifting Equipment Inspection skills
• Cranes operation experience
• Certification in crane operation
• Experience in the crane and rigging industry
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
• CDL Class A driver’s license
