Certified Prosthetist Orthotist

ProTouch Staffing is seeking a certified and experienced Prosthetist Orthotist (CPO) for a full-time, on-site position in Ferndale & Mount Vernon, WA. This position is a backfill due to the retirement of two practitioners, offering an exciting opportunity to help rebuild and grow a clinical prosthetics practice. The ideal candidate should have experience in working with patients of all ages, especially children, and possess strong prosthetic skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and design custom prosthetic and orthotic solutions

• Fit, fabricate, adjust, and repair devices as needed

• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists (PTs), and referral sources

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

• Build relationships with referral sources and conduct occasional in-services

• Travel between offices and occasionally to hospitals or facilities, or for community outreach

Requirements:

• ABC-certified CPO

• Fully licensed in Washington (or eligible)

• Minimum 3 years of experience post-residency in both prosthetics and orthotics

• Pediatric orthotics and cranial remolding experience preferred

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
