Chief Executive Officer

Description:

We re looking for a CEO and Co-founder for an early stage Diagnostics company.

The ideal candidate will manage the overall operations of the company as well as develop and implement strategies that meet the needs of the investors, the stakeholders, and the employees.

Experience within Seed to Series-A Biotech is required. Other responsibilities will include fundraising, investor relations, Pre-clinical through IND and commercial strategy.

Responsibilities

• Take lead across all aspects of the company by reviewing how departments work together
• Design and implement operational processes
• Create and carry out a clear 3 year strategy
• Manage all fundraising and investor relations activities
• Strategy through execution

Qualifications

• MBA
• 15+ years' experience in Medtech/Biotech
• Liquid Biopsy experience, preferable within Oncology
• Diagnostics experience required
• Business development and down stream commercial experience required
• Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills
• Experience bringing companies through Seed, Series A and B is preferable
