Assets10 is a dynamic startup focused on structuring and entitling land for residential developments in Texas and Florida. Currently in the process of raising a seed funding round, the company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work closely with the CEO on operational execution and team leadership. This remote and part-time role is central to the startup’s success and will be part of the core leadership team presented to investors.

As COO, you will play a critical role in overseeing operational workflows including permitting, legal coordination, broker management, and internal team collaboration. The role requires a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and proficiency in both English and Spanish.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone experienced in land development and real estate operations who is looking to join a high-potential startup during its foundational stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage operational processes such as due diligence, permitting, legal documentation, broker coordination, and CRM tracking.

• Oversee and synchronize the efforts of technical, legal, and commercial teams to ensure timely execution.

• Monitor and report on the progress of land structuring activities across various projects.

• Provide operational support to the CEO, assisting in strategic meetings, decision-making, and day-to-day implementation.

• Contribute to the company’s investor pitch materials and operational presentation for the seed round.

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in land development, permitting, or real estate operational roles.

• Fluent in Spanish (required) and proficient in English.

• Strong team leadership and project coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while maintaining high productivity.

• Minimum availability of 20–30 hours per week (part-time commitment).

• Startup experience or prior involvement in early-stage real estate ventures is a plus.
