Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of general liability and employment litigation cases, including discovery, motions, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Provide strategic legal counsel and defense to clients in complex civil cases.

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents.

• Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel to ensure efficient case handling.

• Maintain a proactive approach to case management, ensuring all deadlines and procedural requirements are met.

• Collaborate with senior partners and team members on litigation strategy, case evaluation, and risk assessment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active California Bar Admission (mandatory).

• Minimum 3+ years of civil defense litigation experience (general liability or employment litigation preferred).

• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• High professional ethics, discretion, and client service orientation.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $140,000 – $225,000 annually
  (Equivalent to approximately $11,667 – $18,750 per month)
