As a Civil Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide variety of land development and site design projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge in stormwater management, soil erosion, sediment control measures, and the production of detailed site plans tailored for commercial, office, and retail development projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading projects independently from concept through construction documentation

• Designing site layouts, grading, septic systems, and drainage plans

• Applying engineering principles to meet regulatory requirements for stormwater and erosion control

• Coordinating with team members to produce high-quality site development plans

• Communicating effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure timely project delivery

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline

• 5–15+ years of hands-on experience in civil/site design

• Strong working knowledge of land development practices and environmental regulations

• A proven ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance and quality

• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
