This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work three days a week from the heart of New York’s legal hub while managing high-value disputes for an array of clients ranging from startups to major corporations.

As a Civil Litigation Attorney, you will take ownership of complex civil cases, navigating both federal and state courtrooms while directly impacting multimillion-dollar business resolutions. You will gain exposure to high-stakes litigation, build your courtroom experience, and accelerate your legal career within a supportive and fast-paced firm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and litigate over 20 complex civil disputes annually for a diverse corporate client base.

• Draft legal motions involving commercial and contract-based conflicts.

• Argue at least 12 motions each year in both NY federal and state courts.

• Conduct strategic depositions with corporate executives and witnesses.

• Manage discovery processes for complex, multi-party civil litigation cases.

• Design and execute legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes, including securing over $15 million in annual settlements.
