Key Responsibilities:

• Litigate complex civil and white collar defense matters

• Handle depositions, argue motions, and contribute directly to litigation strategy

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of litigation experience (civil litigation or white collar preferred)

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school

• Strong academic background

• Demonstrated interest in fintech, crypto, business litigation, or white collar defense

• Judicial clerkship experience is a strong advantage

• Must be LA-based or open to relocation (firm offers relocation support, including from Orange County)

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid: 3 days per week in-office

• Billable Hours Target: 1,800 hours annually (reasonable and balanced workload)

Salary & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $165,000 – $220,000 annually
  → Monthly Salary Range: $13750 – $18333

• Additional Compensation:
