CyberCoders is seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic legal team in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for representing clients in a range of civil litigation matters, offering sound legal counsel, and formulating strategic case approaches that lead to the most favorable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in civil litigation cases through all phases, including trials, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

  • Draft and review key legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.

  • Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to develop strong case strategies and identify effective solutions.

  • Provide clients with legal advice regarding their rights, responsibilities, and case progress.

  • Negotiate and secure settlements when advantageous to clients’ interests.

  • Prepare and present evidence and arguments effectively during court trials.

  • Work collaboratively with other attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff to deliver seamless client service.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, precedents, and court procedures impacting civil litigation cases.


Job Requirements

Education & Licensure:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Active admission to the state bar and valid license to practice law.

Professional Experience:

  • Proven experience handling civil litigation cases.

  • Strong background in one or more of the following areas: insurance defense, personal injury, breach of contract, or employment law.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities for drafting legal documents and arguing cases.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate as part of a team.

  • High level of professionalism, ethical judgment, and client service orientation.


Compensation and Benefits
