We are seeking a Civil Project Engineer to support a variety of site development, land development, infrastructure, grading, drainage, utility, and civil engineering projects.
This is a great opportunity for a Civil Engineer with 3–8 years of experience who is looking to grow their career while working on multidisciplinary projects from design through permitting and construction documentation.
🔹 What You'll Do
• Develop civil engineering designs for site and land development projects
• Prepare grading, drainage, stormwater, utility, paving, roadway, water, and sanitary sewer plans
• Create construction drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Perform engineering calculations and technical analyses
• Support engineering reports, feasibility studies, and design packages
• Participate in site visits, field investigations, and inspections
• Assist with permitting and coordination with regulatory agencies
• Coordinate with engineers, designers, drafters, project managers, clients, and consultants
• Support projects through design, documentation, permitting, and construction
🔹 What We're Looking For
✅ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
✅ 3–8 years of relevant civil engineering experience
✅ Texas EIT certification required
✅ Strong experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
✅ Experience with site development / land development
✅ Knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, and infrastructure
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
✅ Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites
⭐ Nice to Have
• Texas P.E. license or progress toward P.E. licensure
• Greater Houston or Central Texas project experience
• Experience with municipal permitting and jurisdictional requirements
• Design-build or design-bid-build experience
• Industrial, commercial, medical, corporate, or educational project experience
• Experience taking projects from concept through permitting and construction documentation
