Education

Required - High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred - Some college leading to a degree in business/accounting/administration.

Completion of medical terminology course.

Work Experience

Required - 2 years of medical insurance billing experience with an emphasis on Medicare and Medicaid policy guidelines.
