Description:

OpenJobs AI is looking for a strategic, execution-focused Head of Business Development & Recruitment Services to lead enterprise hiring solutions for top-tier tech clients including Google, TikTok, and others. This leadership role blends enterprise sales, AI-driven recruitment strategy, and team management to deliver scalable hiring services through Executive Search, RPO, and Contracting, powered by a proprietary AI Agent platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and grow strategic enterprise client relationships (e.g., Google, TikTok), understanding internal hiring needs deeply.

• Design and deliver custom AI-powered hiring solutions across search, RPO, and contract staffing.

• Lead cross-functional teams including BD managers, recruiters, and delivery leads for client success.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate client feedback into product and AI feature improvements.

• Drive adoption of AI Agent technology throughout recruitment workflows—from sourcing to matching and evaluation.

• Track performance metrics, ensure client satisfaction, and optimize service delivery and team processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise business development, recruitment services, or HR tech sales.

• Proven success with executive search, RPO, or contracting models.

• Experience working with or selling into large tech companies like Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of AI in HR, SaaS, or recruitment automation platforms.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Leadership experience managing client-facing teams and complex service delivery.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus (not required).
