Description:

Kendamil North America, a rapidly growing family-owned infant formula brand, is seeking a Clinical Educator to join their team on a contract basis. As a key member of the healthcare engagement team, the Clinical Educator will play a vital role in educating healthcare professionals including pediatricians, neonatologists, dietitians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical staff on the benefits and usage of Kendamil’s premium infant and pediatric nutrition products.

This position requires developing strong and long-lasting relationships with healthcare providers to ensure they have the knowledge, confidence, and resources to recommend Kendamil’s award-winning formulas, which are already available in major US retailers such as Target, Walmart, Kroger, and Safeway Albertsons.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-services and educational sessions for healthcare professionals unfamiliar with Kendamil products.

  • Distribute educational materials, product information, and samples aligned with the company’s healthcare marketing strategy.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with pediatric and neonatal healthcare providers, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and institutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of all educational sessions, trainings, and interactions using CRM data entry tools.

  • Collect and provide feedback from healthcare professionals to internal teams to identify market needs and areas for improvement.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Clinical degree and valid licensure (Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurse, or Nurse Practitioner).

  • Hands-on clinical experience in a healthcare environment.

  • Established network within the local pediatric healthcare community (preferred in Houston, TX).

  • Strong passion and commitment to improving pediatric nutrition and wellness.

  • Must possess an unrestricted driver’s license and a vehicle for local travel.

  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence healthcare professionals positively.

  • Willingness to travel locally for healthcare facility visits, conferences, and meetings.


Compensation & Contract Details:

  • Hourly Rate: 35 USD/hour.

  • Workload: 10 hours per week.

  • Contract Duration: 3 months, with potential for renewal based on performance.

  • Work Type: Independent contractor (1099 role).

  • Flexibility: Flexible working hours with remote work option.
