LifeStance Health, a leading provider of outpatient mental healthcare, is actively hiring a Clinical Pediatric Testing Psychologist for their Federal Way, WA location. This is a hybrid full-time role offering a combination of therapy and psychological assessment services, specifically geared toward children and adolescents, though care across the lifespan is also considered.

The psychologist will be part of a highly collaborative clinical team, committed to delivering clinical excellence and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological testing and assessments, including cognitive, developmental, emotional, and behavioral evaluations

• Provide individual therapy, behavioral interventions, and counseling services

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to multidisciplinary care planning

• Collaborate with pediatricians, school professionals, and family members to ensure well-rounded patient support

Eligibility Requirements:

• Fully licensed Clinical Psychologist or currently completing licensure in Washington State

• Graduation from an APA-accredited doctoral program

• Demonstrated experience with children and adolescents; familiarity with therapy and assessment procedures

• Ability to provide a mix of therapeutic and diagnostic services

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual compensation: $125,000 to $160,000 (based on productivity; no cap on earnings)

• W2 employment model
