Commercial Account Executive

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 70+ customer accounts

  • Drive renewals and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.

  • Respond to and manage new business requests within assigned accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or cold calling is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Motivation to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Understanding the analytics marketplace – Jaspersoft, traditional business intelligence vendors, and other analytics tools in particular – is desirable but not a must.

  • Strong team-selling skills

  • Outgoing personality, entrepreneurial mindset

  • Experience in commercial open-source advantages

  • Fluent in English required; Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
