Key Responsibilities:

• Litigate Complex Commercial Cases: Represent clients in disputes involving breach of contract, shareholder issues, and business torts in both federal and state courts (notably the NY Supreme Court Commercial Division).

• Strategic Legal Drafting: Develop persuasive motions, pleadings, and appellate briefs for complex, high-profile cases.

• Discovery & Case Management: Lead discovery efforts, including e-discovery, document production, and depositions.

• Client Advisory: Counsel corporate clients on litigation strategies and risk mitigation.

• Arbitration Support: Represent clients in high-value arbitration proceedings and deliver favorable outcomes in multi-million-dollar cases.
