Commercial Multi-line Underwriter

Description:

Our client is seeking a seasoned Commercial Multi-Line Underwriter to join their niche division in Scottsdale. The role involves managing and growing a diverse book of business across commercial transportation, inland marine, property, general liability (GL), and other lines of Property & Casualty insurance.

Key responsibilities include underwriting risk exposures across multiple lines, ensuring profitability through disciplined underwriting practices, developing strong relationships with agents, brokers, and internal teams, and identifying growth opportunities within the Moving and Storage sector. Collaboration with other teams to tailor solutions for clients is also essential.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and growing a multi-line P&C book of business

• Experience with commercial auto/transportation insurance

• Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented approach

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
