Commercial Operations Analyst

Axon, a mission-driven company dedicated to Protecting Life, is seeking a Commercial Operations Analyst – Quoting to support its Sales and Finance teams. This full-time role is integral to ensuring seamless and efficient commercial operations by managing complex deal structures, quoting processes, and sales enablement across key accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance orientation, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Controllership, Order Processing, and Accounts Receivable teams to support accurate quoting, analyze contracts, and optimize Salesforce data. This role requires someone who is self-driven, organized, and capable of handling fast-paced challenges while maintaining accuracy and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and manage complex quotes for key accounts to ensure optimal financial outcomes and customer satisfaction.

• Provide operational support to Sales regarding quote formats, pricing tools, and custom reporting.

• Build subject matter expertise in Axon’s product catalog, bundles, and Salesforce CPQ system.

• Analyze customer contracts to identify performance obligations and ensure proper billing and compliance.

• Maintain data accuracy in Salesforce CRM, including contract terms, pricing, and discounts.

• Participate in system testing for new product launches and ensure smooth business process transitions.

• Collaborate with various departments to guarantee timely and accurate deal execution.

• Support team-wide projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, pricing, or commercial operations.

• Proficient in Salesforce.com CRM (CPQ experience preferred).

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, SUMIFs, and scenario modeling.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Proactive attitude with ownership of responsibilities and problem-solving mindset.

• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
