A prominent law firm in Savannah, Georgia is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience. The successful candidate will have expertise in commercial projects, including areas such as acquisition, land use and zoning, environmental review and permitting, capitalization, financing, development, construction, leasing, and resale. The firm handles diverse projects, including shopping centers, mixed-use developments, hotels, apartments, office buildings, industrial parks, affordable housing, educational facilities, residential developments, master-planned communities, and timberland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients involved in commercial real estate transactions.

• Handle a wide variety of commercial real estate matters such as acquisition, land use, zoning, environmental permitting, financing, and development.

• Work with owners and developers of major commercial projects including shopping centers, hotels, residential developments, and more.

• Provide legal counsel and support through various stages of project development and leasing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial real estate law.

• Must have experience in one or more areas of commercial projects, such as land use, zoning, environmental review, and financing.

• Must be licensed to practice in Georgia or a reciprocal State Bar.
