Schneider is hiring CDL-A Dedicated Truck Drivers to haul food and beverage products for Coca-Cola in dry van trailers. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A Commercial Motor Vehicle to deliver Coca-Cola products.

• Handle 100% no-touch freight, with approximately 60% drop-and-hook loads.

• Complete 2–4 loads per week, typically with 1 stop-off per load.

• Drive across designated service areas: Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

• Follow all DOT regulations, company safety policies, and operational procedures.

• Maintain accurate logs, delivery documentation, and reports.

Pay & Bonus Potential:

• Weekly pay: $1050–$1300 (combination of mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty, not driving).

• Weekly performance pay incentives.

• Paid orientation for all new hires.

• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 paid holidays annually.

• Annual bonus: Up to 2% of annual gross pay.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).

• Reside within 30 miles of Harker Heights, TX or San Antonio, TX.

• Minimum of 3 months Class A driving experience.
