Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and supervision of technical drawings throughout all project stages (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Construction Administration).
• Serve as a key player in ensuring design excellence and project integrity from inception to completion.
• Utilize Revit and Bluebeam software to produce detailed, precise architectural documents.
• Work closely with project teams, stakeholders, and collaborators to meet project specifications and standards.

Essential Qualifications:

• 7 to 20 years of professional experience in architecture, with a preference for licensure as an Architect.
• Prior involvement with large-scale institutional projects is required.
• Mastery of Revit and Bluebeam, with a portfolio that highlights skill in technical drawing across project phases.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, capable of guiding teams through complex projects.
