Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content plans to support Legal and Regulatory Control Operations within a banking context.

• Lead strategically important initiatives, shaping product experiences through thoughtful and data-driven content design.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and compliance professionals, to deliver cohesive and compliant content solutions.

• Create inclusive, user-focused, and accessible content that communicates complex financial and regulatory concepts in a clear, engaging manner.

• Architect content frameworks to enhance navigation and usability across digital products and web platforms.

• Facilitate content design and experience workshops to define storytelling structures and optimize content journeys.

• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, regulatory standards, and user experience goals, while maintaining consistency across communication channels.

• Leverage advanced technical literacy to assess the impact of content platforms on the overall user experience.

• Serve as a champion of inclusive design, promoting clarity, accessibility, and innovation in every deliverable.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, UX Design, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in content strategy or content design, preferably within the banking, financial services, or regulatory domain.

• Strong expertise in content architecture, information design, and UX writing for digital environments.

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities with a strong understanding of legal and regulatory content requirements.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Experience leading workshops and stakeholder sessions focused on improving user experience through strategic content planning.

• Strong familiarity with digital content systems, governance frameworks, and accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA).
