Description:
Responsible for the administration of the Corridor ERP software in support of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operations. Acts as the primary liaison between Management Information Systems and business stakeholders to ensure operational and business requirements are met.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
- Interface with Management Information Systems and business stakeholders to administer Corridor and maximize application functionality
- Partner with financial and quality stakeholders to ensure regulatory and business requirements and controls are established and functioning as intended
- Monitor all Corridor system outputs based on stakeholder requirements to ensure data integrity
- Implement, test, and validate system software updates and enhancements
- Perform, coordinate, and test routine system maintenance and data imports and exports
- Provide functional and technical support for Corridor users across the MRO network
- Train technicians, planners, project managers, and new hires on proper use of Corridor and related MRO workflows
- Collaborate with the Corridor vendor to provide and receive application-specific feedback in support of continuous platform improvement
- Develop detailed report specifications and coordinate with Corridor support to test and deploy reports into production
- Assist with internal communications and notifications related to Corridor system outages
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
- Equivalent experience administering enterprise operating systems in an aviation or MRO environment may be considered
- Direct experience administering Corridor ERP software
- Direct experience with SAP Crystal Reports
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
