The ideal candidate will be entrusted with major litigation responsibilities, working directly on cases involving $3M+ insurance disputes. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex commercial and personal insurance policies for coverage disputes.

• Defend clients in high-exposure insurance litigation across various jurisdictions.

• Negotiate and resolve subrogation and recovery claims with attention to favorable client outcomes.

• Research and interpret insurance compliance within federal and state regulatory frameworks.

• Build and manage a book of insurance clients with direct mentorship and guidance from senior partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Admitted attorney with demonstrated experience in insurance defense and coverage litigation.

• Ability to independently manage complex litigation files from inception to resolution.

• Strong legal research, writing, and negotiation skills.

• Interest in business development and growing a client portfolio.

• Located in or willing to commute to Manhattan for initial in-office training.
