A customer-focused Insurance Agency in Bonney Lake is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to grow in the insurance industry. As the first point of contact, you’ll deliver exceptional service to both current clients and new prospects while contributing to a competitive, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional, solutions-oriented service

  • Process policy changes and service requests efficiently

  • Support sales efforts by booking appointments with potential clients

  • Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients

  • Promote and request client referrals

  • Stay informed about the agency’s insurance offerings and procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and strong ethical standards

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (company will assist)

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach

  • Self-motivated, coachable, and determined to grow professionally

  • Spanish language skills are a plus
