A customer-focused Insurance Agency in Bonney Lake is seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to grow in the insurance industry. As the first point of contact, you’ll deliver exceptional service to both current clients and new prospects while contributing to a competitive, team-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and provide exceptional, solutions-oriented service
Process policy changes and service requests efficiently
Support sales efforts by booking appointments with potential clients
Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients
Promote and request client referrals
Stay informed about the agency’s insurance offerings and procedures
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated reliability, trustworthiness, and strong ethical standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license (company will assist)
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
Self-motivated, coachable, and determined to grow professionally
Spanish language skills are a plus
