Description:

Aspen USA, an operating partner of Christian Halls International (CHI), is hiring a Customer Service Representative to serve as a local, on-site support role in Midland/Odessa, TX. This position provides front-line customer service to CHI students, families, and local partners, with a focus on timely communication, accurate record-keeping, and coordination with CHI/Aspen’s internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, clear in communication, comfortable with technology, and aligned with CHI’s mission to support Christian, community-based higher education. This role has the potential for future advancement within the CHI operations or student services teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to inquiries by phone and email with clarity and professionalism

• Maintain accurate records of student and partner communication

• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently

• Assist with onboarding processes and provide ongoing support to local and remote stakeholders

• Track and report common service issues and questions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented and process-driven • Proficient with standard digital tools (email, forms, spreadsheets, CRM systems)

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support preferred

• Alignment with CHI’s Christian mission and Four Pillars (Christ-Centered, SelfGovernance, Soul Formation, Local Flourishing)
