Description:
SpaceX is hiring a Bilingual Customer Support Associate for its Starlink division, a revolutionary satellite constellation providing low-latency broadband internet worldwide. As an early member of the Starlink Customer Support team, you will be the face of Starlink, ensuring customers have an exceptional experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues across multiple channels (digital, voice, etc.).
Provide technical support using hardware, software, and network expertise.
Identify product, process, and training gaps and propose improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to create effective troubleshooting workflows.
Develop and maintain internal knowledge base and help center materials.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1+ years in a customer support role.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and one of the following languages: Arabic, Azerbaijani, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Hebrew, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Swahili, Tagalog, Turkish, or Ukrainian.
Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with networking, hardware troubleshooting, or software is a plus.
Availability: Must work scheduled shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays; relocation may be required.
Hourly pay: $24 – $27 (depending on level and experience).
