In this role, you'll work on multiple project tasks related to analytic solutions—supporting requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and maintenance. You'll also serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring a smooth flow of information and driving solutions that meet business needs.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end analysis development, management, and delivery
Interface with various teams to gather and assess business requirements
Provide technical leadership while collaborating with customers and building strong relationships
Analyze data and prepare system/data requirements documentation
Create detailed mapping documentation and transformation rules
💡 What We’re Looking For:
Deep understanding of healthcare/payor data and source systems
Expertise in data relationships, gap analysis, and impact analysis
Working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and data warehousing
Strong background in data and dimensional modeling
Experience in facilitating group discussions across diverse business functions
