🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer specializing in AI Voice Agents to develop and deploy production-ready conversational AI solutions for automated customer service and retail experiences.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Conversational AI, LangChain/LangGraph, AWS, and API integrations, with hands-on experience building scalable, voice-enabled AI agents.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI Voice Agents using Python, LangChain, and LangGraph.
Build conversational workflows supporting customer intent, multi-turn conversations, and context management.
Integrate speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and contact center platforms.
Develop secure APIs and backend integrations for AI-driven transactions.
Implement prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
Build scalable and resilient cloud solutions using AWS.
Optimize voice response latency, interruption handling, and agent handoff.
Develop unit, integration, and conversational regression tests.
Evaluate conversation quality, accuracy, performance, and task completion.
Implement security controls, customer data protection, and responsible AI guardrails.
Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system reliability.

🔹 Required Skills
Strong Python development experience.
Hands-on experience with Conversational AI and AI Voice Agents.
Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
Strong AWS cloud development experience.
REST API development and integration.
Experience building production-grade backend services.
Knowledge of agentic workflows and conversational context management.
Strong understanding of cloud-native application development.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Experience with automated testing and conversational regression testing frameworks.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and design patterns.
Experience with relational, NoSQL, and vector databases.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
