🔑 Must-Have Skills:
✅ 5+ years of experience in Financial Services
✅ 2+ years of Salesforce CRM experience
✅ 2+ years of nCino Loan Origination System experience
✅ 2+ years of JIRA experience
✅ Strong Business, Functional & Technical Requirements gathering
✅ Experience creating/managing JIRA User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
✅ Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum & SDLC
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✅ Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
✅ Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
• Work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams
• Create and manage JIRA user stories throughout the SDLC
• Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT
• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and implementation teams
• Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines
