Curinos, a leader in data-driven financial services intelligence, is hiring a Data Analyst, Technical Success to join its growing team in a hybrid role based in the New York City metropolitan area. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for analyzing complex data and delivering actionable insights to top-tier financial clients.
As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical part in implementing and supporting one or more of Curinos' proprietary software solutions. This includes customizing platforms to meet client needs, mining and cleaning large data sets, validating and mapping client data, and updating analytical models to ensure accuracy and impact. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and directly with clients to calibrate system configurations and ensure high-performance analytics delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support Curinos software platforms tailored to client-specific requirements.
Serve as subject matter expert on client data and platform configuration.
Clean, mine, and analyze large datasets for trends and actionable insights.
Validate and map data, calibrate statistical models, and conduct performance evaluations.
Build efficient processes to scale configuration and support across multiple clients.
Translate technical findings and code into clear, business-relevant communication.
Participate in and advise on internal data initiatives and projects as needed.
Travel occasionally for client meetings (0%–100%, typically only a few days per month).
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Math, Science, or Computer Science).
0–3 years’ experience in data analysis, programming, consulting, or financial services.
Exposure to SQL and relational databases.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
Preferred:
Experience in data modeling, performance tuning, or analytics-focused roles.
Ability to translate data insights into business strategies.
