We're seeking a senior-level Information Systems Analyst 4 (VB.NET) to develop, maintain, and optimize software applications in a Microsoft environment. The role involves extensive experience in VB.NET, data conversion, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop & maintain VB.NET applications
Perform data conversion, validation, and testing
Analyze business requirements & translate into technical solutions
Work with Microsoft SQL Server, Visual Studio, and Team Foundation Server

Qualifications:
Strong experience in VB.NET development
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft platforms and data conversion
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on application transitions
