Data Engineer | Power Bi & Servicenow Specialist

Description:

This Data Engineer role combines Power BI reporting, ServiceNow customization, and SQL data engineering to deliver business insights and streamline IT service management.

What You’ll Do

• Build interactive Power BI dashboards.

• Customize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) with scripting & APIs.

• Write optimized SQL queries for large datasets.

• Design & manage ETL pipelines and reporting workflows.

• Automate ServiceNow tasks using scripts/workflows.

• Implement data validation & transformation processes.

• Monitor and tune dashboards & queries for performance.

• Act as a bridge between business & technical teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong in SQL, Power BI, and ServiceNow scripting.

• Experience building ETL/data pipelines.

• Strong communication & cross-team collaboration skills.
