Data Entry Operator

Description:

Carebridge EAP, in partnership with Elevance Health, is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator II to join their hybrid workforce based in Denver, CO. This full-time role provides a blend of in-person onboarding and virtual work flexibility, allowing professionals to perform essential data processing tasks from a home environment, while attending periodic in-office training or collaboration sessions.

As a Data Entry Operator II, the selected candidate will play a key role in the accurate and timely entry of business and statistical data, especially related to healthcare claims. The position involves handling complex coded and uncoded information, ensuring high-quality data management, and supporting superior customer service outcomes. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, autonomy, and a solid commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately operate a data entry device to input and verify standard and complex business/healthcare data.

• Process and reconcile customer healthcare claims daily (approx. 300–350 claims per day).

• Request and manage account adjustments while upholding compliance and customer service standards.

• Deliver professional, courteous service to customers by resolving data and claim issues promptly.

• Contribute as a proactive team member and independent problem-solver.

• Assist with onboarding and training of new staff in data entry procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience: At least 2 years of data entry and customer service experience, or equivalent education and skills

• High accuracy in data entry and detail orientation

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage high-volume workloads under deadlines

• Familiarity with healthcare claims and systems preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $15.10 – $26.22 per hour (equivalent to $2617 – $4548 monthly)

• Work Schedule: Full-Time

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (primarily remote, with occasional on-site presence as needed)
