Description:

Schneider is seeking CDL-A Dedicated Team Reefer Truck Drivers to support Sprouts Farmers Market routes out of Boulder, CO. This role offers consistent weekly home time, competitive pay, and excellent benefits, making it ideal for both experienced and new drivers seeking stability and growth in their trucking career.

As part of a dedicated team, drivers will haul refrigerated trailers loaded with produce, running 5 loads per week with 1–5 stop-offs per load. Routes include Aurora, CO to Albuquerque, NM and back, providing familiarity and consistent scheduling. Schneider also allows drivers to bring their dog or cat on the road under its Team Pet Policy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Haul refrigerated produce on dedicated routes for Sprouts Farmers Market.

• Operate between Aurora, CO and Albuquerque, NM.

• Complete 5 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.

• Work collaboratively as part of a team driver setup.

• Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $1,500 – $1,840 per week (mileage pay plus hourly pay when on duty, not driving).

• Bonuses:

  • $4,000 sign-on bonus for experienced drivers (paid over 12 months).

  • $2,000 sign-on bonus for inexperienced drivers (paid over 12 months).

  • Weekly performance pay.

  • Annual bonus of up to 2% of annual gross pay.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).

• Residence within 60 miles of Aurora, CO.

• CDL training available through Schneider for new drivers.
