O’Reilly Auto Parts, one of the nation’s largest and most respected automotive parts retailers, is seeking a Delivery Specialist - Hub to join their Murray, Utah team. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, customer-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent service while representing a company with a proven record of stability and growth.

As a Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient delivery of parts and products between O’Reilly stores and distribution centers. You’ll serve as an essential link in maintaining smooth store operations, upholding company standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction through dependable deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver parts and products between O’Reilly Auto Parts stores and distribution centers.

• Follow established routes, maintaining a daily city route manifest and ensuring all deliveries are completed according to schedule.

• Verify and sign for all stock transfers at each stop, ensuring accuracy and accountability at every stage.

• Maintain secure custody of fleet cards, vehicle keys, and company property.

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, checking fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and recording mileage before operation.

• Immediately report any vehicle maintenance needs or delivery delays to the delivery supervisor or store management.

• Ensure a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, maintaining excellent customer relationships with store personnel.

• Clock in and out according to company policy and adhere to all safety and operational procedures.

• Secure and refuel the vehicle at the end of each day, ensuring readiness for the next route.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets O’Reilly’s company standards (14/18-point record system).

• Strong ability to quickly and accurately match alphanumeric sequences.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing delivery conditions.

• Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high safety standards.

• Ability to project a professional and personable image while interacting with customers and store personnel.
