Sr. Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage the full billing cycle from shipment entry to invoice completion

✅ Process and audit invoices for accuracy

✅ Resolve billing discrepancies and customer billing concerns

✅ Perform account reconciliations and maintain billing records

✅ Apply customer contract rates and pricing schedules

✅ Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Collections, IT, and Customer Service teams

✅ Ensure timely and accurate invoicing

Qualifications:

✔ 3+ years of billing, transportation, logistics, freight, or related experience

✔ Experience with invoice processing, auditing, and reconciliations

✔ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

✔ Truck mate experience is a plus

✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
