Digital Marketing Specialist

 

Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage the health of our paid search and display advertising initiatives and own the process start to finish. You will manage the launch of campaign programs including keyword research, ad copy direction and review, campaign setup and tracking. This position will also be responsible for conducting the necessary analysis to help the team identify under-performing campaigns and make optimization recommendations that will have a financial impact on the business. Upon approval, you will work with our partners to implement those changes. Hands on knowledge of ad servers and DSPs is desired, but not mandatory.

You will develop an in-depth understanding of the industries we serve and work with the Digital Analytics team to align targeting approaches with digital profiles and propensity to maximize program returns. Tactically, day-to-day management may include A/B testing, bid management and campaign performance reviews in an effort to achieve department expectations. Providing learnings to the eBusiness group and other internal groups to continue to refine our go-to-market processes is critical.

You will also be responsible for cultivating a collaborative working relationship with the existing team members of the eBusiness group.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for 150,000 products including paid search, display and remarketing campaigns

  • Ensure campaigns are implemented and running properly; ensure all best practices are being followed

  • Develop and manage to KPIs/EBITDA/Performance goals; manage overall campaign spend

  • Review campaign performance and make optimization recommendations that will decrease the cost of advertising, improve conversion rates and generate additional revenue

  • Provide and defend budget reallocation recommendations across channels

  • Provide high-level program results and monthly campaign dashboards

  • Work with Digital Marketing Managers and the Digital Analytics team on QBR activities
