We are seeking a Digital Value Realization Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of enterprise value measurement strategies, executive analytics, and reporting capabilities that demonstrate the operational and business impact of digital platforms and technology investments.

Responsibilities
- Develop and lead an enterprise Digital Value Realization Framework to measure platform performance, adoption, and business value.
- Design and maintain executive dashboards and KPI reporting using Power BI and other analytics tools.
- Analyze platform utilization, service adoption, and operational performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Develop value realization reports, executive briefings, and strategic recommendations for leadership
- Build forecasting models to support technology demand, capacity planning, and investment decisions
- Collaborate with platform teams, business stakeholders, and analytics teams to improve digital service delivery
- Lead and mentor analytics resources supporting value measurement and reporting initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT programs, digital transformation initiatives, analytics, or program performance management
- Experience developing executive reporting, performance measurement frameworks, and strategic analytics
- Experience advising executive leadership using data-driven insights
- Experience working in large enterprise or federal technology environments preferred
- TBM, FinOps Practitioner, PMP, Agile, or SAFe certification
