Position Overview: As the Director of Engagement Strategy, you will be a key member of our Strategy team, responsible for driving the go-to-market brand marketing ecosystem design for our healthcare clients. This includes audience identification and targeting, channel mix and focus, communication mapping, and performance optimization. The role requires a deep understanding of Healthcare Professional (HCP) behaviors, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive engagement strategies for healthcare clients, focusing on changing behavior and enhancing customer engagement.
- Navigate and manage the nuances of brand and customer audiences to deliver impactful and effective strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy, creative, and execution.
- Analyze market opportunities and challenges to develop detail-oriented strategies that deliver meaningful impact for client brands.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in healthcare advertising.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful engagement strategies in the healthcare industry.
- Deep understanding of Healthcare Professional (HCP) behaviors and the dynamics of the healthcare market.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
