This leadership role is responsible for achieving site sales targets, supporting staff development, and aligning the team with the company's high-performance and ethical standards. As a key figure in a growing organization that values innovation and excellence, the Director will lead a team of motivated sales professionals in delivering memorable vacation experiences to clients around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Achieve sales targets by supporting, motivating, and developing the sales team
🔹 Assist with staff recruitment, training, and performance monitoring
🔹 Support marketing programs and educate the team on marketing strategies
🔹 Uphold ethical practices and represent the company with professionalism
🔹 Participate in management duties, training, and sales meetings
🔹 Foster effective communication and respectful leadership
🔹 Provide on-site presence to support team operations

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Timeshare/Vacation Ownership sales experience (Essential)

• Proven leadership experience in high-volume sales environments

• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to interpret financial trends and apply them to sales strategies

• Effective coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills

• NV Real Estate TSA license (or willingness to obtain within the specified time)

• Flexibility to work varying site operational hours
