What you’ll do:
 

• Manage SEC reporting process to ensure accurate and timely filing of 10K, 10Q, 8K, etc.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and related footnote disclosures in compliance with US GAAP and SEC standards.
• Liaise with external auditors to provide schedules, audit requests, and determine proper treatment of technical accounting areas.
• Provide mentorship to financial reporting team
  
   

What you will need:
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related degree required
• CPA
• 7+ years experience with technical accounting and SEC reporting
• Experience with Workiva preferred
