Description:

CEVA Logistics, a global leader in supply chain solutions with operations in over 170 countries, is seeking a Dispatcher I for its Mount Juliet, TN location. This role is ideal for individuals with strong coordination skills and a commitment to safety and compliance.

As a Dispatcher, you will manage driver route assignments, ensuring adherence to DOT regulations and company policies. Key responsibilities include dispatching drivers for U.S. domestic shipments, notifying drivers of assignments, managing time-sensitive deliveries, and maintaining shipment information for Customs control. You will also assist in freight handling activities such as shrink-wrapping, loading, unloading, verifying labels, and ensuring cargo accuracy.

The position requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and related job-specific software, accurate data entry skills, and the ability to handle up to 50 lbs. Successful candidates will demonstrate leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to customer service.
