Distinguished Engineers are expected to lead through technical contribution. You will operate as a trusted advisor for our key technologies, platforms and capability domains, creating clear and concise communications, code samples, blog posts and other material to share knowledge both inside and outside the organization. You will specialize in a particular subject area, but your input and impact will be sought and expected throughout the organization.

In this role, you will work with Cyber’s Privileged Access Management team, responsible for enabling our business by defining comprehensive strategies, tooling and solutions that help secure all identities (human and non-human) with elevated access rights to critical systems and sensitive data.

You will be responsible for defining the target state architecture and tooling for managing the non-human identities. You will provide technical expertise and leadership in architecting solutions that ensure secure, compliant and automated lifecycle management of identities for applications, services, devices and AI agents. You will be a thought leader in this space to ensure that we are building a world class platform that is scalable, resilient, supports multi-cloud and multi-tenant use cases.

You will work closely with other Distinguished Engineers and engineering teams across the organization. Additionally you will provide mentorship and strategic guidance to our engineers, product and leadership groups. Basic Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture
• At least 5 years of experience with public or private cloud technologies
   

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture
• 10+ years of professional experience coding in commonly used languages like Java, Python, Go etc.
• 5+ years of experience in designing and building a workflow identity management platform
• 10+ years of professional experience in the full lifecycle of system development, from conception through architecture, implementation, testing, deployment and production support
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud computing (AWS, Google Cloud)
