A dynamic and rapidly growing distribution facility in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Center (DC) Manager to lead and oversee operations at its most promising site. The DC Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the distribution center, including overseeing approximately 30 employees, handling over 11,000 SKUs, and ensuring the facility runs efficiently, accurately, and productively. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership acumen, analytical proficiency, and a willingness to work closely with team members on the floor while also focusing on data-driven performance improvements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive supervisory experience in distribution or warehouse operations, excellent Excel skills, and the ability to leverage operational data to drive performance. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations at the Bethlehem Distribution Center.

• Supervise and support a team of approximately 30 employees, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

• Manage inventory across over 11,000 SKUs with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Utilize Excel for data analysis and performance tracking to improve warehouse operations.

• Lead with a hands-on approach while maintaining a strong analytical and strategic focus.

• Ensure accurate order fulfillment, inbound/outbound logistics, and proper documentation.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and growth strategies for the DC.

• Preferred: Experience managing P&L and using SAP ERP system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics.

• At least 2 years of experience running a distribution center independently.

• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for operational analysis.

• Hands-on operational approach with analytical thinking.

• Preferred: Experience with SAP and P&L management.

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
